How do I enter?

Is there a fee?
Yes, $395 per product, service and/or special recognition entry.

How many entries can one company submit? 
As many products as they want. However, each component can only be submitted to one product category. Products and services may also be submitted to the special recognition categories. Through our new submission portal, you can easily enter a product into additional categories with just a few clicks. Each entry requires a separate fee.

Does my product or service qualify? 
In order to qualify the product or service must have first been available for purchase between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.

How many categories are there? 
There are 14 product/service categories and 4 Special Recognition categories. 

Can I save my application when I'm filling it out and come back to finish it? 
Yes. Once you register for the submissions portal, you can edit your entry as much as necessary, until you fianlize and pay for it. Once you have paid the submission is closed for editing, but can be opened by requesting to edit via a link on your confirmation email.

Will the winners be published?
Yes, the winners will be published at www.ecnmag.com and at www.ecnawards.com. The winners will also be highlighted in the November/December issue of ECN. 

Can the application be edited after submission?
To edit an application that has been finalized, you must click the link in your confirmation email that allows you to request to open your submission for editing.

Can I get a refund? 
No, all payments are final.

What is available to me to promote our Winner status?
We offer many opportunities to advertise online, in ECN magazine, and in our Daily e-newsletter deployments. Contact Glen Sundin at glen.sundin@advantagemedia.com for more information. 

Once the winners are announced, we will also make commemorative copies of the ECN issue listing the winners available for purchase.
